• Automatically collected: IP address, browser/device/OS, referrer, visit time and pages, cookie identifiers, city-level geolocation.
• Business communication after first contact: correspondence, materials you provide, payment details for contracting.
• We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not collect data of minors. The site targets a business audience (18+).

• Handling enquiries and requests sent through site forms;
• Consultations, proposals, conclusion and performance of service contracts;
• Marketing messages — only with separate opt-in consent;
• Site analytics and security;
• Compliance with Kazakhstan law (tax and accounting, lawful state requests).

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Under Article 24 of Law 94-V you may request information about, correction, blocking or deletion of your data, withdraw consent at any time, obtain a copy of your data, and complain to the authorised state body or a court.

To exercise these rights, email adil@alteora.tech with the subject “Personal data”. We respond within 10 business days; data in public sources is removed within 1 business day of consent withdrawal, internal systems within 30 business days (subject to mandatory tax/accounting retention).

• Lead-form data without a contract: 12 months; client data: contract term + 5 years; logs: 12 months; project correspondence: 3 years; financial documents: 5 years.
• Databases with personal data of Kazakhstan citizens are stored in Kazakhstan (Art. 12 of Law 94-V).
• Cross-border processing (Google Workspace, analytics/ad platforms) uses anonymised or minimally necessary data, under contract performance or your cookie-banner consent.
